Battle of the busts: Mariah Carey, Kate Upton and Rita Ora flaunt their curves at NYFW

There's still another three fashion weeks left to go, but it seems busts are certainly 'in' right now if New York Fashion Week is anything to go by.

Stars were flaunting their ample assets in force last night, as they attended the Harper's Bazaar Icons Evening of Fantasy Celebrating Icons in the Big Apple.

The star-studded event was held in the city's swanky Plaza Hotel, where the dress code was described as "fantasy black tie".

Meanwhile, Sports Illustrated model Kate boosted her bust in a fitted black dress which cinched her in at the waist to reveal her hourglass figure.

The 23-year-old also flashed her perfect pins in the unusual number which featured an asymmetric skirt.

X Factor judge Rita also chose to highlight her décolletage in a jewel incrusted corset.
